Business Challenge

The client was using proprietary stand alone Filemaker database for managing his entire business. Since he had more than 45 franchise scattered all around the nation so there was big delay in collecting data and generating meaningful reports for the business. Also, the entire process of procuring, selling and accounting in the business was very slow as it was done manually. The company had heavy licensing fees and infrastructure cost for managing separate copies of proprietary software on its franchise’s machines.

Solution

We decided to develop a web based application accessible from any franchise location so that transactions can be collected in a central database and reports can be generated instantly without involving any franchise or his staff. As system was to be accessed by many users simultaneously so we used cloud servers and provided different rights & privileges to each type of user in the system.

Results & Benefits

The end result was complete online ERP/CRM system capable of running Client’s entire franchise business smoothly. Our application has complete inventory control, Sales management, invoicing and Report generation tool. Franchise can now login into our online application and can update sales, stocks, download Product updates, manuals and prices in real time. Many different types of users can work simultaneously e.g. Administrator, Franchisee, Staff, Suppliers etc.
